To monitor and help control food and oil quality oil life and equipment performance the Frymaster FPEL417 6RCA is engineered with innovative SMART4U Technology. Two independent centerline thermostats with 1 degree Fahrenheit anticipating action predict the rate of temperature rise and reduce temperature overshoot for better tasting more uniform results while a COOL Mode feature reduces the temperature when the fryer is not in use and saves energy. The Oil Attendant automatic top off oil system ensures that your oil levels remain consistent during day to day operations by continually topping off oil in the frypots from a reservoir in the cabinet. Each reservoir holds a 35 lb. box of oil enough to last approximately two days before changing.
